To Decrease Pitch

Place thumb on top of hip corners - fingers underneath. Spread to decrease pitch - pull under tab - tab up snug after adjusting.

The "Frost Resistant Style" provides a 1" air space between the vent pipe and the flange allowing for warm air circulation. (Standard Style #2 provides 1/2" air space) This construction prohibits frost closure of the vent. Slant flanges are available in galvanized steel, copper, all-lead and 5 pre-painted colors.

The Moore Adjustable Slant Base Flange will suit all pitched roofs from 5 to 40 degrees. (For a roof pitch of 20°- 60°, See Steep.)
