Proper Installation of F. J. Moore Roof Caps |

| 1. | Cut vent pipe 1 1/2" - 5" above top of base sleeve to allow for roof movement (Expansion and Contraction). | ||
| 2. | Lay the Flange on the roof beside the vent pipe. To adjust the exact pitch, use the hip corners to increase or decrease the pitch. | ||
| 3. | Place the flange over the pipe and rotate under one row of shingles. | ||
| 4. | Center the pipe so there is approximately 1" of air space around perimeter. | ||
| 5. | Install the top sleeve and tighten the ring (Nut / Bolt ). | ||
| 6. | Nail the Base flashing to the roof clamp | ||
