Our Cover-all flange is the best designed flange available. The Flange Base sleeve is securely fastened to the base (with a bead seam, then hand soldered) producing a secure watertight joint. Both the "No. 1" and the "No. 2" Style tops enclose the entire portion of the vent pipe above the roof.

All plumbing vent pipe flanges are furnished with a telescoping design top sleeve which allows for a variation in stack height or the settling of the building, without the loss of the water-seal feature. The pipe does not slide through a rubber seal, so there are no rubber components to crack with age.

The "No. 1 Style" top - incorporates a double seal to the pipe. The lead is preformed to fit the inside dimension (I.D.) of the pipe with a ring clamp around the outside of the pipe.

The Frost Resistant "No. 1 Style" top, provides a 1 inch space between the vent pipe and flange (insulation) allowing for warm air circulation. This construction prohibits frost closure of the vent. The "No. 1 Style" top is designed to provide a complete cover-all adjustable flange for geographical locations where frost protection is necessary.

The "No. 2 Style" top - lead is preformed to fit the pipes inside dimensions (I.D.).
