The "Frost Resistant Style" provides a 1" air space between the vent pipe and the flange, allowing for warm air circulation. This construction prohibits frost closure of the vent.

The telescoping design allows for Expansion / Contraction of the roof and the settling of the building with no movement at the seal. There are no rubber components to split or crack.

Moore plumbing vent pipe flashings/flanges, with adjustable bases, are designed to adjust to the exact pitch of the roof. Adjustable 5°- 40° and allow for 8 - 12 inches of height adjustment.
